Your first steps
From a new product to your first shipped release, in six steps.
- Create a product. Use New in the sidebar, then Product. Pick Traditional if you track work by hand, or AI builder if you build with a tool such as Lovable, Cursor or Claude Code.
- Add your features. Describe what the product does today in the Feature Tree. See Feature.
- Capture evidence. Add insights and problems, or share the public feedback form. See Capture feedback.
- Add solutions. Write down what you might build, and give each one a type. See Solution and its types.
- Plan a quarter. Pick the solutions you'll do this quarter. See Plan a quarter.
- Ship a release. Group solutions into a release, check readiness, and ship it. See Ship a release.
Tip: the assistant can do most of these for you. Ask it "help me set up my product".
